1. 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your Elevare product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Product must be in original packaging
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- No damage or alterations to the product
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service at returns@elevare.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided label
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or damaged products: We cover all return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Product doesn't fit expectations: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- We'll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
6. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different color or variant:
- Contact us at returns@elevare.com to arrange an exchange
- We'll send you the new item once we receive the original
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- No additional charges for exchanges (except shipping if applicable)
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at support@elevare.com
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
- No need to return the damaged item unless requested
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products damaged by misuse or improper installation
- Items returned after 30 days
9. Cancellations
You can cancel your order:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund
- After 24 hours but before shipping, subject to a 10% processing fee
- Once shipped, standard return policy applies
10. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues with your Elevare panel within 12 months of purchase due to manufacturing defects, we'll replace it free of charge.
